I'm sorry you cancelled your order on the tv...however, I have had mine for about a month and a half now and have had no issues with sound quality. Perhaps it's the way they had the sound adjusted in their settings, the sound is good especially for the size it is.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The comment about sound is ABSOLUTELY incorrect. This tv has the best sound of ANY this size and is the reason I bought it. Only 720p resolution, but for TVs 32" and less, 720 gives a great picture. Would recommend to anybody. Doesn't have a lot of additional features newer models have (may be close to close out) but best sound and picture this size you can buy. Plus, hook a ROKU up to it and you can stream all you want.
