• Yes it can. I use it in my bedroom just for streaming on a Roku device. Keep in mind, it only has one HDMI port and no usb port, which is just right for streaming on one device.

• The LG 720p LED TV – 24” Class (23.6” Diag), Model # 24LF454B-PU is not a "Smart TV" meaning that it does not have a built-in apps to stream from and it does not have internet access. The only other way to receive programming on the TV would be to connect an antenna to the F-Type 75-Ohm, coaxial connector in the back labeled 'Antenna/Cable In' or to plug a media streaming device like an Apple TV, Roku device, Google Chromecast or Amazon Firestick and stream from the builtin apps on those devices through the TV...^IFV
