You need to buy a kit that includes a power cable. Watch an installer video on youtube before installing. it was a breeze.

The LG - 24" Front Control Built-In Stainless Steel Tub Dishwasher with QuadWash and 50 dba - Stainless steel, Model # LDFN3432T does not come with a power cord. It has it can be hardwired or plugged into an individual,dedicated, properly grounded 3-prong receptacle. If a 3-prong power supply is used,it should be in an accessible location adjacent to the dishwasher within 4 feet (1.22 m) on either side of the dishwasher, not behind the dishwasher. If hardwiring the dishwasher,it should have a dedicated properly grounded brand circuit to connect the 3wire setup which includes the ground wire. The best place for the electrical conduit is on the right side of your back wall. You will need to re-route the electrical cable before installation if the electrical conduit pipe is longer than 3" (76 mm) and is centered on your back wall...^Ivan
