• A:Answer Press the Flex and Hi Temp buttons at the same time and hold them for 3 secs. 'CL' (Control Lock) will toggle on or off.

Q: QuestionDoes a rinse agent (JetDry,etc) HAVE to be added to this machine for it to work correctly? If I leave the rinse agent empty will machine work correctly without error codes?

• A:Answer Yes, it will run correctly. The Add Rinse Aid message will display but that does not prevent operation in any way. Some dishes, especially plastics, may not come out completely dry without rinse aid.

• A:Answer Low water supply pressure would make the washer fill slower but shouldn't impact it's operation as it creates it's own pressure to wash with once it's filled.

Have you ever cleaned the dishwasher with vinegar or commercial dishwasher cleaning products? Call LG or Best Buy and ask them to help you resolve the issue.
