- Answer Thank you for your interest in the LG Dishwasher (LDFC2423V) model. The LG LDFC2423V dishwasher requires a hot water supply line rather than a cold water line for optimal performance. The dishwasher is designed to work best with very hot water, as the pre-heater function supplements the hot water coming in, allowing the detergent to work effectively. - Answer The LG 24" Front Control Built-In Stainless Steel Tub Dishwasher with SenseClean™ Wash System and 52 dBA - Stainless steel look, Model # LDFC2423V, does not come with wheels or casters. The water inlet valve on the left front of the dishwasher must be connected to a minimum 3/8″ O.D. copper tubing or stainless steel braided water supply line, so you will need adapters to connect to your kitchen sink faucets...^Ivan.

QuestionOur old LG dishwasher that just broke down had folding tines that collapsed very easily, making loading the dishwasher difficult and a chore. Do the folding tines in this dishwasher also collapse easily?

QuestionI’m interested in the black model , and it would be installed under a counter and on right side of sink ? If I’m paying for delivery , install kit and removal of the old ,will that service include the power cord or is that an extra cost ? Why??

- Answer I've heard that If your old dish washer is hard-wired, some vendors may require a plug and that typically costs about $100 or more. A high price considering the work involved. Also, most vendors charge about $50 for disposal...also a bit high considering what's involved and the scrap value of the machine.

QuestionDoes a rinse agent (JetDry,etc) HAVE to be added to this machine for it to work correctly? If I leave the rinse agent empty will machine work correctly without error codes?

- Answer Yes, it will run correctly. The Add Rinse Aid message will display but that does not prevent operation in any way. Some dishes, especially plastics, may not come out completely dry without rinse aid.
