“LDFN4542S is NSF certified when "operating on the sanitizing cycle". There is no "Sanitize Cycle". It then states the RINSE CYCLE must get to 150 degrees to sanitize. What options do I select so the Rinse cycle gets to 150 degrees to sanitize the dishes?”

You will need to make sure the hot inlet water temperature is set for 150˚, 120°F minimum.
