“I have&love this dishwasher except the bottom drawer falls off its track when full. Is that a design error or is mine defective and I should just replace? thank you”

The bottom drawer for the LG 24" Front Control Built-In Tub Dishwasher with QuadWash™ and 50 dba - Stainless steel, Model # LDFN3432T, should be falling off its track when full unless there is something on the tracks causing it to fall off. You may have to have the drawer inspected by a qualified LG Authorized Service technician to determine what is causing it to fall off its tracks.
