“Onscreen control software worked great with my Microsoft Surface, bluetooth keyboard and mouse. A year later I change to a Macbook Pro 2019, apple keyboard and mouse, now onscreen control isn't working well. How can I fix this? Software Update?”

The only thing that I can think of is to put the Mac in the nearest trash can and go back to the Surface or buy another eal PC-Windows!
