The LG 24'' Class Full HD IPS Dual HDMI LED Monitor (23.8'' Diagonal), Model # 24MP59HT-P does not have built-in speakers but you can connect computer speakers to it or a Soundbar. The monitor has a headphone out port in the back that you can connect the speakers or Soundbar to. There is a variety of speakers that you can use with the monitor. Some may have the wires attached & some may require a separate purchase for the wires to connect. IF you elect to use a Soundbar, you will need to purchase the cable to connect it separately.
