“When I play any video including HD -good quality,on YouTube I see the picture is little blurry for sometime. I don’t know why is not that clear as it supposed to be. Is there any adjustment for a monitor ?”

Some content that is listed and even claims to be 1080p I've seen to not be true 1080p when looking for the same video from a different person that does look like true HD so it's really just depends on who you're watching
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would adjust the resolution or scale of native screen if resolutions and dimensions aren’t identical there can be a difference. You will want to go into your control panel and look at display settings. Make sure you’re set to 1920x1080 and then check to see if you need to adjust scale of native screen UI/ apps. If it needs adjusting it should have a recommended scale zoom. Best of luck
