“BestBuy says it has a built in water softener but I look on LG site and in the manual and I see nothing about a softener or where to add salt. Does this model actually have a built in water softener?”

• I'm amazed that the Best Buy sales person or who ever said or published that it had a built in water softener, NO it doesn't.
