“I just got this dishwasher installed. The dishes dried but the plastic bowls and the machine tub stay wet when using Extra Drying. Is there a feature to completely dry the dishes? My old machine was very hot and all dry after the cycle.”

Hey Joe, my machine is new too and I had a similar experience. The plastics and tub drying got waaaaay better after I put a rinse-aid in (I used Finish brand). Even better after I set it to "Night Dry" mode. Now, I usually only need to dry off plastics because of excess water that collects in the rims/recesses.
