• Yes, I think. I did have to purchase an installation kit. With my Total Tech Program, I did not have to ay for the installation, which would have been several hundred dollars.

• In typical applications you don't need to mount a dishwasher into the opening. This comes with two deformable tabs to secure the top of the dishwasher to the countertop and a few screws to secure the sides of the dishwasher to the cabinets (if needed). Overall, the installation process and leveling system was simple and far superior to most US made brand dishwashers I have installed in the past.
