QuestionWith a free delivery and install, does this include hauling away the old dishwasher?

- Answer If you have Total Tech Support, then delivery, installation, & haul away of the old appliance are all free. I have found having the Total Tech has been a great added service & well worth the price. I recommend adding this to your purchase if you dont have it.

QuestionMy Local health department requires a final rinse temperature of 180° or a plate temperature of 160° minimum plate temperature. do you have a dishwasher that can meet that requirement?

- Answer Hey there, Richard. NOTE: Recommended water temperature for dishwashers is 120° F. Do not exceed 140°F. Here from LG. ~Anthony

QuestionCan all types of dishwasher soap be used? We used cascade platinum plus packs and it didn’t quite dissolve at the end of the cycle and was at the bottom of the dishwasher

- Answer I’ve used those with no problem. I know I read in directions of some remnants stay at the bottom of the dishwasher you need to level the dishwasher. Don’t know if that will help.

Questioncan "LDPS6762S" be shortened 1/2 inch (or even a 1/4 inch) maybe removing feet or wheels or anything at all from the bottom or the top? The indicated height is 33 5/8 and I have 33 1/4 at the very entrance of the cave then inside it gets larger to 34

- Answer Thank you for reaching us regarding LG Dishwasher. You cannot adjust the height of the LG LDPS6762S dishwasher by removing feet or wheels. However, you can increase the height by 2 3/16 inches (56 mm) by moving the upper rack to a lower position.
