“Does anyone that has this model know if it came with something called a Sound Insulation Sheet? It’s like a black rubberish type of sheet that flexes and goes up under the unit. Mine had it but an LG rep told me it wasn’t needed. Photo attached”

Mine came with that black blanket. It makes the dishwasher almost soundproof. It just lays over the topand drapes down right and left. It does work very well.
