“What is the length of warranty on the the control board and rack parts? The Best Buy product page says it's 5 years, however LG's site says only 2 years. If Best Buy has it wrong, that's a big deal for those who bought thinking they are getting 5 years.”

I thought it was one year. It's not 5 years. Only Miele provides a decent Warranty. BB doesn't sell them.
