“Anyone know how to resolve all the dishes (glasses) showing smudgy marks--not defined marks like with hard water--after being washed in this (new) unit? The water is hot, the machine has rinse aid, and we use pods...what could it be? This won't do!”

Unfortunately, no. I must wash certain items before installing them. Dairy products are the worst to wash unless done by hand, first. Sorry I can't help.
