• If you have Total Tech Support, then delivery, installation, & haul away of the old appliance are all free. I have found having the Total Tech has been a great added service & well worth the price. I recommend adding this to your purchase if you dont have it.

• No, they don't (unless you pay an extra fee - which is also ridiculously high). And they send out "installers" who don't know how to solder, look for every excuse they can as to why they can't install, and use the 2nd person to case the home looking for valuables. Steer clear.
