We understand that you're interested in the third rack and whether tall travel mugs will fit in the second rack. To clarify, the third rack is removable and adjustable in height, but it cannot be fully removed as it is designed to stay fixed for optimal space utilization. As for your travel mugs, the second rack is adjustable and features adjustable tines, which should provide ample space for larger items.
