• yes, the top rack is adjustable. On the sides of the top rack, there are handles. When you firmly grab the hands, use your thumbs to push the button on top of the racks. That will lower and raise the rack.

• Yes the glass rack (middle rack) is adjustable. Also, some of the times can be pushed down out of the way. Finally, the small shelf on the middle rack has notches on which to rest the stems of wine glasses. Hopes this helps
