• It’s an energy saving feature of the newer dishwashers. They do not get as hot in the dry cycle as the older dishwashers. You have to use the RINSE that goes in the little cup on the door. Might not be 100% dry but you will see a big difference.

• We use Liquid Dry and our dishes come out perfectly dry.

• Maybe you have it on overnight dry(energy saver) dishes will be a little wet, empty bottom rack first. Our dishes are dry on the regular cycle.
