“My refrigerator was delivered with dents. I can’t seem to get an exchange. They came out to pick it up w/o a replacement in the truck so I would have been left w/o a fridge. Can’t seem to get anyone to resolve the issue. When I call the reps won’t help.”

Sorry you had this problem. My frig was setup, discovered a day later it had a scratch. Reported problem and the next week had a replacement that was delivered and carefully set up.
