Any “French door” system will have a challenge opening the doors to the wall side. A “problem” (to me) would be “we can’t open the doors at all.” That’s not the case. If you’re that tight to the wall, the door will be limited but not impractically so. That means “not to my desire“ but at least to the ability to access what I need. Another consideration is to which side of the fridge is the wall? The left side does not illuminate when you open the door. The right side does. It may be an issue for you if you have limited access to the left side AND the light won’t come on. The system comes on wheels. We left our fridge on wheels and when we need to access the wall side of the fridge we simply glide it over our floor to gain just 2-3” and the problem is alleviated.
