Hello there. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand your inquiry regarding the LG 25.5 Cu. Ft. Bottom-Freezer Refrigerator (LRDCS2603D). To answer your question, it typically takes 12 to 24 hours for a new unit to reach the proper temperature and begin producing ice. Please ensure the ice maker power switch is set to the ON position. https://www.bestbuy.com/product/lg-25-5-cu-ft-bottom-freezer-refrigerator-with-ice-maker-black-stainless-steel/JJ8VPZSCL3 For further assistance and any specific concerns you may have, please contact us on [email protected]. —Renzo
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It doesn't take too long. If the guys delivering it hooked it up, you don't have to do anything. Remember to throw the first day and a half worth of ice out before using it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The first dump of ice I would say was within a couple hours and but to fill the bin and dump I would say it took at least 24 hours I did not need to turn anything on but make sure the ice bin is in the proper place. good luck,
