Hi Marco. BestBuy's Delivery-only service would include taking both the removal and re-attachment of the doors for the Energy Star® Qualified LG 26 Cu. Ft. Bottom-Freezer Refrigerator with Ice Maker in PrintProof™ Stainless Steel, Model # LRDCS2603S if that is required to get the refrigerator through a narrow opening. They will reverse the doors for you as a courtesy. Be sure to alert them that you would like to have the doors revresed so the delivery team has the correct tools...^IFV

When the item was delivered, the crew (a third party delivery service) said that they did not have this on their order and could not do this, so I had to make a number of calls to Best Buy to schedule another crew to come out and reverse the door. When that crew arrived a few days later, they said that they were not familiar with this particular refrigerator model and did not know how to reverse the door, so I had to make still another appointment for a different crew to do this. This other crew did come out a few days later and successfully performed this service. Obviously, this was a very annoying experience and showed a real weakness in the Best Buy delivery/installation process. Although there was no extra charge to get the door reversed, this was a real ordeal for me, especially during the covid outbreak when you are advised to limit the number of people into your house. I was expecting better from Best Buy.

I called Geek Squad and at first they said it was impossible (the handle could not be reversed). When I told them the instructions are right in the manual (with a note that warranty would be void unless the reversal is performed by an authorized technician), the agent put me on hold and then told me it would have to be done by the manufacturer. He gave me the number to Samsung (not LG). I then called Best Buy Customer Service. They said it would cost $50 and they could send someone out NEXT WEEK. I then got the number and called LG customer service and they said Best Buy is giving me the run around and should have reverse the door when they installed it. LG said they could send someone out but it would cost $99 minimum. We are going to try to do it ourselves. I will never buy anything from Best Buy again. Three hours of my life I will never get back, for nothing.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When we purchased our LG refrigerator today (May 2021) we were told that they would be able to reverse the door swing at delivery for a $50 charge. The reverse door kit is included with the refrigerator. We were told it is not difficult and we were advised to gently warm the former hinge side seal with a hairdryer to restore the seal's shape. If this turns out to be difficult I'll return with an update.
