“How do you turn up the temperature on this fridge? For example my freezer is at -7°f right now because I keep trying to get it back to 0°f but I can't figure out how to fix it.”

They’re are buttons to press to change temp.

Just keep tapping the freezer button and you will eventually end up back at 0 degrees.
