“This model does not have the clear plastic [ice guide] like my other model. Can this be added? Seems like no matter where we hold the cup ice end up on the floor.”

• I think that the best thing to do is to hold your glass, cup, mug or whatever you are using hold it up to the top of the dispenser. Don't set it down on the shelf or hold it down there. Put it to the top and that should help with the ice on the floor.
