Be sure that you have good water pressure, coming from the water line. Be sure that they turned the shut off valve all the way "ON". Press the water dispenser to deliver at least 2 to 3 gallons of water discharge. This will allow the water system to relieve all of the air from the filter and water delivery line. Be sure your water filter is installed and not plugged.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was told this as well. Apparently, it's due to air in the water line, so all you need to do is run the water dispenser for a bit (I filled a 2qt pitcher twice), and that should get rid of the air bubbles and drips.
