We had to purchase the waterline separately. Also, the shut off valve could not be in the basement, as ours was. In order for Best Buy to install, we had to have a plumber install a shut off valve to the water line on the same level (floor0 as the fridge. I do have to say, I thought this was a bit ludicrous, I would not move my fridge to get to the shut off valve behind the fridge if the water line broke...It is much easier to just run downstairs and shut off the water line valve underneath...and less chance of getting a hernia.
