“My cabinet opening is 36 1/2" will this refrigerator fit with the proper clearance called for in the warranty specifications? Should leave a 1/4" on each side if the refrigerator is square, or should I go with a different refrigerator?”

Don’t get the counter depth version and you won’t have a problem with it fitting.
