QuestionHow do you get in to that space along the front of the cheese/meat glider drawer to clean? I've tried toothpicks, pulling it out and running water in it, the hard plastic seals small pieces of "stuff" under it. Am I missing something? Does it come apart?

QuestionIf the opening space for my fridge is 40" and I have a wall that butts up against the left side, is there enough space to open the left french door to utilize the space?

- Answer Too small of a distance from adjacent items may result in lowered freezing capability and increased electricity consumption charges. Allow at least 24 inches (610 mm) in front of the refrigerator to open the doors, and at least 2 inches (50.8 mm) between the back of the refrigerator and the wall. ^Daphane

QuestionWhen I move the refrigerator, it makes a ping pong ball noise in the back right corner. Is this normal noise or is something loose?? Just purchased and not sure if something is wrong with the refrigerator already??

QuestionThe two freezer drawers wont stay open while getting items out or in. One of them will close all the way on its own and the other just closes about halfway and stops. Have to hold with one hand. Was it put back in wrong or is this just a design flaw?
