Hi Dana, making craft ice is an important feature of this fridge! We certainly understand how it not working can bring a hurdle to your lifestyle! No worries, the first thing you would check on is the power switch on the icemaker. You would make sure it's on the 'ON' Position. If it's off, turn it on and wait 18-30 hours for the first batch of ice to be produced. (It may take from 24 to 48 hours to see the first batch of craft ice.) If the the icemaker is turned on, but is not producing ice, reset the icemaker- turn the power switch on the icemaker 'OFF', then back 'ON'.
