Hello, it is a ceiling LED.^Venette

LED lights. The lights are super nice and the phone app allows you to set certain times (I set from dusk to dawn) to dim the lights up to 90% less bright so you don’t blind yourself and/or ruin your night vision as badly.

It has adjustable lighting which i like
