I recently bought this fridge. It is plugged in and on and seems to be running but I cannot change the temperature. all the lights are lit up on the control board. Do I have an issue or do i have to wait until it cools down before I can make a change? null

I’m having this same issue and all videos and user guides don’t represent the same control panel, it just lists the temp, and I would like to lower it below the 37 but nothing is showing me how and pressing the temp does nothing even after holding the unlock button. This is the white version of the side by side and I see no instruction on this. Did you figure it out?

Hello, I think there is no problem on the fridge. As long as it produce enough coldness base on the temperature that you set, then you're good.^Venette

On the inside door on the refrigerator side is a display of temps for freezer and refrigerator. Press the temps and it changes
