The handle should move. When you pull on the handle, it lifts up. This is normal. So unless it’s falling off it’s fine.

French Door Smart Refrigerator with External Ice and Water - PrintProof™ Stainless Steel, Model # LRFS28XBS, the instructions show the how to assemble the mounting fasteners at both ends of the handle with a 1/4 in. Allen wrench, then place the handle on the door by fitting the handle footprints over the mounting fasteners and tightening the set screws with a 3/32 in. Allen wrench. There is an illustrated diagram that you can refer to as a visual aid. The instructions also advise to use use a 1/8 in. Allen wrench if your refrigerator hipped with the handles assembled...^Ivan.
