My older one would leak water and freeze. Absolutely love my new on. No problems at all.

We understand how inconvenient it can be when the ice maker stops working due to ice jams. Here’s a step you can take to help resolve this issue: Step 1: Try emptying the ice bin and then gently remove any ice buildup from the right corner where it tends to jam. You can do this by using a plastic utensil to avoid damaging the ice bin. Step 2: Ensure that the ice bin is properly seated in its place. Sometimes, misalignment can contribute to ice jams. Step 3: Occasionally, turning off the ice maker for a few hours to allow any residual ice to melt can also help prevent future jams. If the issue persists or you need further assistance, we recommend sending us a private message on social media @LGUSSupport. Our team will be more than happy to explore possible solutions to get your ice maker back on track. We appreciate your patience. —Renzo
