Sometimes, when a new fridge is set up, the water supply line and filter might not have been purged properly. One helpful tip is to press and hold the water dispenser button for about 4 minutes to help flush out any air in the system. Also, it’s a good idea to check the valve behind the refrigerator to make sure the water supply is fully turned on.
