The LG Monitor (27SR5BF-P) model is designed to work primarily as a display unit, and while it doesn't come with an integrated keyboard or mouse, you can absolutely connect a separate mouse and keyboard to your computer, just as you would with a laptop. The keyboard and mouse would be connected to your computer, not the monitor itself. Once they're connected to your device, you'll be able to use them independently from the monitor. If you plan to use the monitor with another device (like a laptop), you just need to plug in the appropriate cables to the laptop while the keyboard and mouse remain connected directly to it.
