If I’m not mistaken, you need the HDMI and the USB-C. You’ll have to buy a docking station for them to connect to an install the docking station app to your computer to be able to work both at the same time to move your screens around from one to the other.

In my case, I wanted to external monitors, but mine only supports one external using USB-C/Thunderbolt. I was able to add the LG monitor using the HDMI port on both the computer and monitor.
