If the screws were missing from the carton, you could have let Best Buy know that the screws were missing to see if they could provide you with the screws, or you can contact our Support on social media using our handle @LGUSSUPPORT and have them send you the screws. The screws are M4 x L8, and you will need three screws. You can find them online or through home improvement stores, or your local hardware store...^Ivan.

Q: QuestionCan you use a usb-c type cable to extend and use the monitor without using the hdmi cable? So I can plug in the usb-c type cable and the monitor will act as an extended display for my macbook at 1440p?

• A:Answer If you have an Apple MacBOOK, there are limits to the number of external monitors. The Apple support page tells the number for each model. In my case, I wanted to external monitors, but mine only supports one external using USB-C/Thunderbolt. I was able to add the LG monitor using the HDMI port on both the computer and monitor.
