If you are unable to get video via the port, you may have an incompatible USB-C cable. or your USB-C port on your computer does not support DisplayPort Al mode. To output video through a USB-C port to a monitor, the computer's USB-C port must support DisplayPort (DP) Alt Mode. This feature allows the port to transmit native video signals directly from the GPU.
