I don’t know what cruise you’re referring to. Mine didn’t come with screws.

Screws for attaching the stand to the LG 27-inch QHD IPS 100Hz Monitor with HDR10 and USB Type-C™ 15W PD, Model # 27U631A-B, should have been included in the carton with the monitor. If the screws were missing from the carton, you could have let Best Buy know that the screws were missing to see if they could provide you with the screws, or you can contact our Support on social media using our handle @LGUSSUPPORT and have them send you the screws. The screws are M4 x L8, and you will need three screws. You can find them online or through home improvement stores, or your local hardware store...^Ivan.
