Yes it will, perfectly if you use the right cable (recommend an active TB3 to DP cable). Can't comment on the HDMI option but I would recommend using the DP option unless you need all available TB ports for other purposes.

Please try again later.If the Graphics card in the iMac Mini can support the monitor's native resolution and it has HDMI ports that are HDCP 2.2 compliant, then there shouldn't be any issues connecting these devices using the supplied HDMI cable. If the Imac mini also has a USB-C port, there are adapters available that will allow you to connect from the USB-C port to the HDMI or DisplayPort inputs on the monitor.
