Back bottom middle of the screen
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's a small joystick located at the bottom of the monitor, directly behind the frame of the unit. Press the toggle then rotate to the appropriate menu item. A little touchy, but once you're used to it, pretty easy to use.

Press up on the button at the center of the lower back edge of the screen to turn on the monitor and then up again to get the circular menu displayed at the bottom of the screen. Press the button to the right to get to the settings menu Press it to the right again to get to the brightness menu Press up to select the brightness adjustment slider Press left or right to adjust the slider as needed Press up to finish brightness adjustment Press left twice to get out of menu system Enjoy your 4k display!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There is a button on the bottom of the monitor in the center below the LG logo. Moving it left or right adjusts the headphone jack audio level. Pressing it brings up a menu where you can select Input, Settings, or preset profiles. Select Settings, push the button, and you get a menu of settings you can adjust, including brightness. You may have to experiment with moving and pressing that button to learn how to use it, but it's pretty easy.
