“Will this monitor work with my MacBook Air (13 inch) 2018? I’ve seen questions answered about the MacBook Pro but I’m not sure about mine. I’m hoping to use it for editing photos, so I want to be sure they’re compatible.”

The 27UL600-W is a Plug and Play monitor and doesn't require drivers. Your Macbook just has to have the right connectivity or you can use adapters to make the necessary connections and support plug and play.
