• Short answer......NO! And factory speakers are terrible. It is a case of "you get what you pay for".

• we have not tried but i bet you can lots of hooks up on back .

• No, there is no way to connect a sound bar or speakers to this TV.

• You can't add external speakers to the LG HD 720p LED TV - 28" Class (27.5" Diag), Model # 28LJ400B-PU. It does not have any audio outputs that you can use to add speakers. ^CP
