How do you have the LG 28 inch Class HD TV (27.5'' Diag), Model # 28LM400B-PU connected to your Cox mini box? Some cable set-top boxes can be connected via a coaxial connector or via an HDMI out. The TV has an F-Type 75-Ohm, Coaxial Connector on the side and an HDMI Input in the back that you can connect your mini box to depending on what connections it has. You need to make sure that your TV is set to the correct input that the mini box is connected to so you can view the signals from it.
