“Does this tv have a stronger tuner than the insignia 24” . I’m having trouble with the 24 inch staying on a channel with losing picture.”

I cannot speak as to how strong and effective the turner may or may not be. I can only confirm that this TV has built in turners for Digital- ATSC and Analog- NTSC M.
