Thank you for your interest in the LG 28 cu ft. Smart Double Freezer Refrigerator with Craft Ice™ (LRMXS2806S) model. The LG LRMXS2806S refrigerator does not have soft-closing doors. While it has an "Auto Closing Door Hinge," it is not a soft-closing mechanism. The doors can close on their own when left partially open, but they do not close slowly or quietly.
