Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. If you have recently installed your LG French Door Refrigerator, it takes up to 48 hours for the craft ice maker to create ice. The first batch of ice may not be your desired shape. If the craft ice maker is still not making ice after 48 hours, or not producing enough craft ice spheres LG recommends that you reach out to our LG Support Team via Facebook or Twitter.
